How are Visa Fees and Service Charges determined?
Our quotations clearly separate the official government visa fees (charged by embassies/immigration portals including mandatory medical insurance) and our agency consultancy fee. We provide transparent fee breakdowns before filing.
Does A N International Tours guarantee visa approval?
No private agency can ethically guarantee visa approvals. The legal authority to grant or refuse a visa rests exclusively with the sovereign embassy or immigration department. Our role is to ensure 100% compliant document auditing, cover letter drafting, and appointment scheduling to give your file the highest possible chance of success.
What happens if a visa is delayed or refused? Are fees refundable?
Embassies and government portals do not refund visa fees under any circumstances once processed. If a visa is refused, we assist in reviewing embassy refusal notes and preparing a strengthened re-application or appeal when eligible.
How are original passports and sensitive documents kept safe?
Passports and financial records submitted to our Multan office are secured in fire-proof locked vaults and handled strictly by verified visa counselors. For clients across Pakistan, we coordinate tracked and insured courier returns via TCS.
What is the difference between an eVisa and a Sticker Visa?
An eVisa (e.g. Dubai, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Malaysia) is applied for online and issued as a digital PDF with a QR code. A sticker visa (e.g. Turkey, Thailand, Japan, Philippines, Schengen) requires physical submission of your passport to the embassy or drop-box center for a stamped sticker.
How much bank balance is required for tourist visas?
For standard sticker visas, a 6-month active bank statement with a closing balance between PKR 350,000 to PKR 1,500,000 (depending on destination & family size) accompanied by an Account Maintenance Certificate is recommended.

Our Umrah packages include Saudi Umrah eVisas with comprehensive medical insurance, confirmed hotel accommodations in Makkah & Madinah, air-conditioned intercity transfers, and guided historical Ziyarats.
Can I customize hotel selections in Makkah and Madinah?
Yes! We provide completely tailored packages where you choose your hotel (Clock Tower, 4-Star walking, or budget shuttle), room sharing tier (Quad, Triple, Double), and private GMC or Bullet Train transport.
Payments, Office Timings & Remote Clients
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept official online bank transfers (IBAN), crossed company cheques in the name of "A N International Tours (PVT) Ltd.", debit/credit cards, and cash payments with official printed receipts at our Multan office.
What are your head office timings?
Our Multan head office is open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Online consultation and WhatsApp customer support are available 24/7 round the clock.
Can clients outside Multan book with you?
Yes! We serve clients across all provinces of Pakistan and overseas. Visas, tickets, and vouchers are issued digitally, and physical passports can be sent securely via courier.
